1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SendQuoteNow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after any update constitutes acceptance.
2. The Service
SendQuoteNow provides cloud-based software for creating, managing, and sending quotes, invoices, and purchase orders as PDFs. The Service is offered on a freemium basis with a Free tier and a Premium subscription tier.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address and create a password to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to register.
4. Free Tier & Premium Subscription
Free tier: You may create up to 5 documents (quotes, invoices, or purchase orders) per calendar month at no charge. This limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Premium tier: For $4.99/month, you receive unlimited document creation. Your subscription is billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal in your account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.
All payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store your payment card details.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive quotes or invoices.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service or its servers.
- Use automated scripts to create accounts or documents in bulk.
- Attempt to circumvent the free tier document limit through technical means.
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of all quotes, invoices, and other content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose.
7. Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@sendquotenow.com. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are subject to chargebacks.
8. Refunds
We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your Premium subscription, you will retain Premium access until the end of the paid period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 14 days at support@sendquotenow.com.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SendQuoteNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of business, data, or revenue.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
