Getting Started
After registering and logging in, click + New Document on your dashboard. Fill in your client's details, add your line items (description, quantity, unit price), set a tax rate if needed, and click Save. Your quote is created instantly and you can download it as a PDF right away.
Click the Settings button (⚙) in the top navigation. Under Company Logo, click Upload Logo. Your logo will appear on all your PDFs and in the nav bar. Supported formats: PNG or JPG, max 2 MB.
Yes. When creating a new document, use the Document Type dropdown to select Quote, Invoice, or Purchase Order. Each type gets its own prefix (Q-, INV-, PO-) and is tracked separately. You can also convert any existing document to a different type from the Actions menu in your dashboard.
Click the 📤 Send button on any quote in your dashboard. Enter the customer's email address, an optional CC, and a personal message. Your customer will receive an email with the PDF attached and a link to view, approve, or decline the quote online. You'll be notified by email when they take action.
Plans & Billing
The Free plan lets you create up to 5 documents per month — quotes, invoices, and purchase orders all count toward this limit. The count resets on the 1st of each month. All other features (PDF download, branding, multi-currency, customer email delivery) are available on the Free plan.
Premium is $4.99/month, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time — you'll keep Premium access until the end of the billing period, then you'll automatically move back to the Free plan.
Click the ⚡ Upgrade to Premium button on your dashboard, or go to Settings → Plan & Billing. You'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to complete your payment. Your account upgrades instantly after payment.
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage Subscription. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can cancel, update your payment method, or view past invoices. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Stripe will automatically retry your payment a few times. You'll receive an email notification asking you to update your payment method. Your Premium access remains active during retries. If payment continues to fail after all retries, your account will revert to the Free plan. No documents are deleted.
Account & Security
On the login page, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link valid for 1 hour. If you're already logged in, you can change your password via Settings → Change Password.
Yes. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Payment details are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Access tokens expire after 15 minutes for your protection.
Email us at support@sendquotenow.com with your account email and a request for account deletion. We'll permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.
