- Company logo: if you upload a logo, it is stored on our servers and used in your PDFs.

- To provide and maintain the SendQuoteNow service.
- To generate your PDF quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.
- To process your subscription payments via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (password resets, document delivery, billing notifications).
- To enforce our free tier document limits and manage your account.
- To improve and debug the platform.
We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate SendQuoteNow:
- Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are governed by Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Resend / SMTP provider — transactional email delivery (password resets, document emails, billing notifications).
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and are never stored in plain text. Access tokens are short-lived (15 minutes) and refresh tokens are stored as hashed values. We use HTTPS for all data in transit.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your account.
6. Data Retention
Your account data and documents are retained for as long as your account is active. If you delete a document, it is soft-deleted and purged from active views immediately. If you wish to have your account and all associated data permanently deleted, contact us at support@sendquotenow.com.
7. Cookies
We use a single session cookie to maintain your login state (refresh token). We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data via your account settings.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Export your documents as PDF at any time.
